| 研究領域與專長 |
|
•(i) 酵素反應機制,結構及根據重要酵素作藥物研發,包括undecaprenyl pyrophosphate synthase, octaprenyl pyrophosphate synthase, geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase, 3CL proteases from SARS coronavirus, enterovirus 71, coxsackie virus, and H5N1 from avian influenza virus
(ii) 細胞凋亡機理及抗癌藥物研發.
(iii) 生物高分子的合成及分解酵素研究包括rubber prenyltransferase, hyaluronan synthase. endo, exo-, and beta-glucosidases for cellulose degradation and biofuel production.
(iv) 抗菌蛋白及內毒素結合蛋白之功能研究及生技應用.
