研發各式串聯式質譜分析技術之應用於蛋白體、蛋白後修飾及醣質體的結構分析、定序與表現差異圖譜的鑑定,致力於提升技術平台的高效率、靈敏度與精確度,以期能更有效的切入探討其功能性。特別針對硫酸化醣質體、蛋白質醣化修飾及其他後修飾的有效鑑定及其於癌細胞與免疫細胞所影嚮的辨識作用、訊息傳遞與調控機制。
